CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF OUR SCHOOL.
We continue to ask for his blessing on our spiritual
and academic ministry here at clover.
PARENTS ARE TRULY THE BACKBONE OF OUR SCHOOL.
Without your support and commitment we would not be here. It is through
the many fund raisers and projects that you do that help keep our doors
open.

TO HELP
WITH THE FOLLOWING UP-COMING FUND RAISER:

12th ANNUAL OKTOBERFEST:
October 23, 2009! It is not too early to be thinking about this fund
raiser. Each year we ask each family to come up with one “very nice”
donation for the auction. Please find attached the donation letter on
our letterhead. This would be a perfect time to start asking for
donations. Auctions have become very popular with many being held early
in the year. Most businesses have a limit on their donations and unless
we start asking earlier, we may not be able to get a donation. Here are
a few more Oktoberfest suggestions:

Do you have a craft, something special you can make
for the donation.

Do you know of someone with a home business that
would be willing to donate something for our Auction.
-
PUT TOGETHER A THEME BASKET. If you would like to
donate or get donations for one of the following theme baskets, (or
come up with one of your own), these would be great. You can either
bring the items and we will basket them and decorate them or you can
put it together yourself. This would be a fun thing to start this
summer.

HAPPY THOUGHTS BASKET:
Sending happy thoughts and a smile with i.e large plastic bowl
packed full of gourmet snacks, movie passes, gift certificates,
lotions, etc. and top it off with something like a stress ball.

BBQ FUN BASKET: Pail or
cooking pot w/barbecue supplies, i.e. variety of BBQ sauces, wood
chips - basting brush, etc. Can you hear it sizzle?

PAR FOR THE COURSE:
Golf is serious business, Add gathering of entertaining golf
products, golf course certificates, tasty snacks, etc.

JUNK FOOD FANTASY: It's
a party waiting to happen with all the favorite junk foods you can
think of from chips & popcorn to candy bars & cookies in a popcorn
bowl.

ANGEL’S WISHES: A basket
of heavenly delights of gourmet treats and mouth watering
chocolates, ceramic praying angel, good book and more!

IT’S AN INSPIRATION: A
fulfilling selection of inspirational gifts featuring a Bible,
inspirational books, journal, aromatherapy items, herbal tea,
treats, etc. A grouping to give a journey to relaxation and insight.

LITTLE ANGEL:
Welcome
baby with wonderful gifts and music. In a lined basket, we've tucked
a terry velour robe, a huggable angelic teddy bear...

PRECIOUS BEGINNINGS:
This thoughtful gift explodes with the "need now" items for the new

NASCAR HEAT: Jam-packed
with Officially Licensed Products from NASCAR, season tickets to the
races, etc.

cappuccino, candle, wine glasses, sparkling water, gift certificates
for KFC, truffles, etc.

Excellent coffee is a luxury with gourmet treats, dessert a month,
